Hi, I’m Alexis, the heart and hands of Halo & Horizon.

I was born in Kentucky, raised in Ohio, and have roots in Texas, Hawaii, and Georgia. Growing up in a military family and now serving as an active duty member of the U.S. Army since 2018, I’ve had the chance to connect with a diverse group of incredible people and explore life in unique ways.

When I am not behind the camera, you’ll find me outdoors enjoying nature, shopping sprees, trying new foods, or vibing to SZA and anything R&B. I’m also a proud wife and mom to one amazing little one, which fills my life with love and adventure.

Photography, for me, is more than just pictures—it’s about capturing real, raw, and beautiful moments that make life meaningful. Inspired by Hawaii’s natural beauty and the good vibes that come with island living, I approach every session with a laid-back style and an eye for storytelling. I like to think that my life is a movie every day.
